We want you to love what arrives at your door. Here's everything you need to know about our policy.
Digital Downloads
All digital portrait files are non-refundable once delivered. Because your portrait is created specifically for you — generated from your photo and unique to your order — we're unable to offer refunds on digital products once they've been sent.
If something looks off with your portrait, reply to your delivery email and we'll do our best to make it right.
Canvas Prints
We take pride in the quality of every canvas we ship. If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, we'll sort it out.
To request a return:

Email us at support@artandawe.com within 14 days of delivery

Include your order number and a photo of the damage or defect

Wait for our team to confirm your return before sending anything back
Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, we'll issue a replacement or store credit.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
A Note on Custom Work
Every portrait at Art & Awe is made from your photo and created to order. We want you to love what you see in our live preview before making a purchase. We're not able to accept returns on items that were simply not to your taste — but if the quality of the print itself falls short of what we promise, we will always make it right. Just reach out.
