Your portrait is on its way. 


How It Works 


Every Art & Awe canvas is made to order. Once you complete your purchase your portrait goes into production. Here's what to expect from there. 

 

Order Processing: 2 to 5 business days. This is the time it takes to generate your portrait, review it for quality, and prepare your file for printing. 

 

Shipping: 1 to 8 business days. Once your canvas leaves our facility, delivery typically takes between 1 and 8 business days depending on your location. 

 

Most orders arrive within a week of purchasing. We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way. 


A Few Things to Know 

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays 

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day — we recommend ordering early for gifting occasions 

  • We currently ship within Canada and the United States 

  • International shipping is coming soon 

 

Tracking Your Order 


Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use that number to follow your order directly with the carrier. 

 

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please reach out to us at support@artandawe.com and we'll look into it right away. 

 

To protect your delivery from being lost or stolen, we highly recommend shipping to a location that you know and trust. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages that were ordered to an incorrect address or go missing after they are marked as delivered.
