Pick a good photo. It doesn't have to be perfect. But clear, well-lit, in-focus photos produce the best results. Use our cropping tool to isolate your subject in the photo. It's okay if they don't fit completely in the frame as long as their face is visible. We review every order before it goes to print — but the portrait is only as strong as the photo behind it.
Your photos are completely private. Your uploaded photo is used for one purpose only: creating your portrait. It is never sold, shared, or used for anything else. The only parties who ever handle your image are our AI generation tool and our print partner. Nobody else. Ever.
Canvas returns. If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@artandawe.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo showing the issue. We stand behind our products and will make it right.
